George Armoyan
President, Chairman, CEO
George Armoyan is Executive Chairman of G2S2 Capital Inc., President of Armco Capital Inc., Chairman, President & CEO of Clarke Inc.,. Mr. Armoyan is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate and various industries. Since 1982, Mr. Armoyan has successfully founded and grown numerous businesses, created shareholder value at several public companies through restructuring operations and has received numerous honours and awards for his business activities. Mr. Armoyan currently operates as the CEO of the publicly listed Corporation Clarke Inc. (TSX: CKI) and serves on the Board of Directors of Clarke Inc. (TSX: CKI), Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (TSX: CFW), Slate Office REIT (TSX: SOT.UN), and Bonavista Energy Corporation.
